We blend fleet operations and computer vision
FleetSight exists because the hardest problem in fleet management is not analysis — it's that nobody can look at every vehicle, every week.
The founding story
It started with a truck that nobody missed
In 2023 Ikechukwu was running operations for a haulage business moving cargo out of Apapa. During a routine audit the team found a tractor unit that had been off the road for 31 days. It appeared in the weekly report as available capacity. Nobody had lied; the number was simply an average, and averages hide vehicles.
Ngozi had spent the previous six years building vision models that spotted defects on factory lines. The two problems turned out to be the same problem: high volumes of visual evidence, no system reading it, decisions made on summaries instead of assets.
FleetSight was built in Lagos with operators in the room from week one — depot managers, field officers, workshop foremen. Every feature had to survive contact with a service bay at 6am.

Mission
Make the vehicle — not the fleet average — the unit of management.
Evidence over estimates
Every status we show traces back to a dated photo or document. If we can't evidence it, we don't assert it.
Built for how crews work
Field officers capture on the phones they already carry, often on patchy networks. Capture works offline and syncs later.
Multi-tenant from day one
Logistics firms, rental fleets and dealership groups run side by side with fully isolated data, users and depots.
Operator-owned data
Your vehicle records, photos and compliance documents remain yours, handled under NDPR-conscious retention rules.
Market focus
Nigeria first, Africa next
African fleets operate under conditions most global fleet software never models: mixed vehicle ages, road surfaces that punish suspension and tyres, informal repair networks, paper-heavy compliance regimes and periodic roadside enforcement. Fleet capacity here is lost to condition and paperwork far more often than to routing inefficiency.
We build for that reality. FleetSight is live with operators in Lagos, Abuja and Accra, with expansion underway across Ghana, Kenya and Côte d'Ivoire.

Operators and vision engineers

Ikechukwu Chukwuebuka Douglas
Co-founder & CEO
Fifteen years running haulage and rental fleets across West Africa, most recently as operations director for a 900-vehicle logistics portfolio in Lagos and Port Harcourt.

Ngozi Eze
Co-founder & CTO
Computer vision and ML lead. Built defect-detection systems for industrial inspection before turning the same techniques on vehicle condition data.

Better-run fleets across every vehicle you operate
Bring FleetSight into your depots, forecourts and service bays. We'll map your current inspection flow and show you what per-vehicle visibility changes in the first 30 days.
