Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms apply to all operator companies using the FleetSight platform.
Agreement
These terms govern access to the FleetSight platform by an operator company and its authorised users. Enterprise customers may execute a separate master services agreement, which prevails where it conflicts with these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per vehicle under management, in advance. Vehicles archived during a billing period cease to be billed from the following period. Annual contracts are invoiced up front and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You retain ownership of all vehicle records, images and documents uploaded to the platform. You grant FleetSight a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of records uploaded and for ensuring your users are authorised. The platform may not be used to process content unrelated to fleet operations, or in breach of applicable law.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance notified in advance. Enterprise customers may agree a contractual SLA with service credits.
Findings and professional judgement
FleetSight produces condition and compliance findings from image evidence to support decision-making. Findings do not replace statutory inspection, certification or the professional judgement of qualified technicians.
Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice. On termination you may export your data, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
